Welcome to Restoration Café, Inc.
Company Philosophy
Founded in a suburban garage in 2002, RESTORATION CAFÉ INC has grown from a 1 man operation into a corporation that provides restaurant furniture refinishing services to every major metropolitan market in the USA.
The man who first saw this opportunity and launched RCI is founding CEO Robert Sullivan. Robert Sullivan had a vision to provide restaurateurs an opportunity to have a grand-opening look every day.
To achieve this goal, RCI is committed to meaningful and comprehensive licensee development, serving the business, social and cultural needs of the communities that we serve while achieving levels of profitability equivalent to other leading restaurant service companies.
RCI prides itself upon not just providing a job and income but creating an industry.
Leadership
Robert Sullivan, C.E.O.
Robert Sullivan founded Restoration Café in 2002 and has personally refinished thousands of tables and acres of casing and millwork. Robert grew up the son of an Ann Arbor, Michigan homebuilder where he attended the University of Michigan.
Kip Aszman, President

He is the current franchise owner of the Portland Melting Pot, and built his former riverfront home from scratch. With over 25 years of retail and restaurant experience at all levels, Kip understands the need to "get the project right" the first time around and is expert at leading the various RCI teams toward that end. Kip grew up the son of a general contractor and attended the University of Oregon.
